2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Real names or personal identifiers
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos or media

3. How We Use Your Information

• Anonymous User ID: To associate your subscription status and enable core app features without identifying you personally.
• Habit Data: Stored exclusively on your device to track your habits, completions, and streaks. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
• Step Count Data: Processed locally on your device for the optional pedometer feature.
• Purchase History: Managed through RevenueCat to verify and maintain your subscription status.
• App Usage Analytics: Collected via Sentry to identify crashes and improve app performance.
• AI Interaction Data: Your prompts are sent to OpenAI through Firebase Functions to generate AI coaching responses. These prompts are not stored permanently on our systems.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the app. These providers may process limited data as described:

All data transmitted between the app and our service providers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Your habit data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and is not accessible to us.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your habit data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all your data, simply uninstall the app from your device. Your anonymous user ID and any associated cloud data will be automatically cleaned up in accordance with Firebase's data retention policies.

9. Children's Privacy

AI Habit Coach is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
